Job Description:
We are hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer for one of our clients in Doha, Qatar.

Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or similar roles.
- ITIL Certification is mandatory.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates preferred.
- Must have previous call center experience.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID.
- Must be able to join immediately.
