IT Help Desk Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer for one of our clients in Doha, Qatar.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or similar roles.
  • ITIL Certification is mandatory.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates preferred.
  • Must have previous call center experience.
  • Residing in Qatar with valid QID.
  • Must be able to join immediately.
