Head Chef / Sous Chef

Job Description:

We are hiring a Head Chef / Sous Chef for one of our clients in Doha, Qatar.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (preferred).
  • Proven experience in menu engineering, costing, and budgeting.
  • Certification in Food Safety / HACCP is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Qatari food regulations (MoPH and Municipality guidelines).
  • Must have valid QID and NOC.
