Job Description:
We are hiring a Head Chef / Sous Chef for one of our clients in Doha, Qatar.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Proven experience in menu engineering, costing, and budgeting.
- Certification in Food Safety / HACCP is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Qatari food regulations (MoPH and Municipality guidelines).
- Must have valid QID and NOC.
