Job Description:
We are hiring an Executive Business Coordinator for one of our clients in Qatar.

Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in luxury retail, or high-net-worth client environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, & communication skills.
- Able to manage the Vice Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and business priorities with efficiency.
- Can handle confidential communications, agreements, and strategic tasks with discretion.
- Must have valid QID and NOC.
