Executive Business Coordinator

Job Description:

We are hiring an Executive Business Coordinator for one of our clients in Qatar.
Candidates who have the required qualifications and experience may apply.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Minimum 5–8 years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in luxury retail, or high-net-worth client environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, & communication skills.
  • Able to manage the Vice Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and business priorities with efficiency.
  • Can handle confidential communications, agreements, and strategic tasks with discretion.
  • Must have valid QID and NOC.
